Booking your appointment at the salon can be quite a task within itself. The Guest Service team at Roca Salon & Spa try their best on making it more efficient and easy for you to book an appointment for your next hair and/or spa services. Our premier Millennium Salon & Spa software is such a helpful tool in assisting the guest services in helping and finding appointment times that fit within your schedule and your service providers. Here are some helpful tips that will help you in booking your appointment correctly.
1) PREBOOK! This is probably the biggest and most important to ensure your time/date will be available when you need it. You can do so during check out or even during your service.
2) Have about 3 specific dates and times in mind. This is important for both clients with rigid schedules and the super flexible ones as it narrows down options for the flexible clients and helps us accommodate the ones with rigid schedules.
3) Know your service. Do not hesitate to ask your service provider exactly what you have done. If you are looking for the same service as last time, tell the guest service provider to look up your previous history.
4) Avoid calling during peak times (10 am-11 am and 4 pm-6 pm on weekdays). This allows us to spend more time with you on the phone answering your questions or helping book your appointments.
5) Online booking! Yes, this is a new service Roca has provided so you can create an account and book your own appointments 24/7. If you do not know the codes that match the service you need, you can look up your history.
6) Make sure that all your information is correct in our Millennium system. We need your correct email address and phone number, if possible a cell number too. We offer email and text message confirmations for your up and coming service. If anything is incorrect you will have ample time to reschedule or fix any problems with your service within our 24 hour cancelation policy.
