Schedule ahead of time
Give yourself atleast 3-4 months notice when scheduling appointments and know which services you want to schedule (i.e. Makeup, Hair, Facials, etc.)! This will ensure that you and your party recieve all of the services you want and are out in time for your big day!
Have everyones information
When scheduling appointments for multiple people, most salons will require each persons first and last name as well as their phone number. Having information on each client helps the Service Provider identify them. It will also eliminate any confusion as to what time their appointment is and when they recieve their confirmation call.
Research the salon
When choosing a salon that is right for you go to the salons website! Research which stylist or service provider is right for you and what services your recieving. Roca's website we have every service provider listed as well as some of their unique specialties. This makes your selection process quick and easy!
Ask questions!
